What was the longest/hardest game you ever finished?

Metal Gear Solid 2 for the PS2 was the longest i've ever played..well it felt like the longest.Took me atleast a 2wks to beat that.

Montezuma's Revenge (Colecovision)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES) - first one, took me a looooong time to beat that, Shredder one shots you
Ninja Gaiden 2 (boy that game hard)
Super Mario Bros 2 (yea boyyy......i serious )
Megaman 3 (wheyyyyy only snakeman could kill Willy at the end)
WCW Wrestling (NES) - oh gewwwd we needed the NES Advantage to beat last boss (rapidfire ftw)
Double Dragon 2 NES - BEST BEST GAME.....real ketch@ss to finish

Half Life (PC) - geeez boy....it wasnt hard but LONGGG..i thought the game was done when you get out of the complex....who tell me to think dat!
Final Fantasy 2 and 3 (SNES) - that was long game.....all them actually. takes me weeks to finish it.

Kings Bounty (Genesis) - o lord....i cant remember how long this game was....and it had some real real difficult parts too

WORLD OF WARCRAFT.....mmmcccccc - that game never ends LOL. After a year and a half of CONSTANT playing.....i still eh done. LOL

A few weeks ago I was playing tekken 5 story mode with steve fox. Normally this would take 15 minutes or so to beat, but it take meh over 2 blasted mudder c**t hours!!!   Dem mishimas (kazuya stage 6, heihachi stage 7, then devil jin and jinpachi) cut mih ass so many times, **steups**. After a while I switch from medium to easy difficulty (I only playing tekken 5 for 3 months so far) after heihachi beat mih a dozen times, and it was still a pain in the ass to beat.

Mine is prob. God of war on god mode where u had to beat 50 replicas of yourself, O_o my god that was hard.
Also, zelda a link to the past, prob. starcraft and starcraft brood wars (also one of my longest) without cheats, halo 2 on legendary etc.

HMM... as for hardest game i've finished?...
i would say Bionic Comando for the NES... i fried my adapter playing that game...
but i eventually beat it, lol.

There was this old game on PC called Out Of This World. Was a 2d game. The game had no score, no instructions, nothing.

Took endless deaths trying to figure out how to pass certain areas in level and me and my brother tag teaming the game to beat it. I can't rem exactly how long we took but that  game was hard and long.

Did anybody ever finish Half Life 1?

I reached very far in the game and I was sure I would finish it then I lost my harddrive to a crash and I never had the heart to stat over from scratch but that was a long one too.

I did. One of the best games I've ever played
