yes it is a fact no person is smarter than the other
unless there is some mental dissabilty
it just differs in every person
our level of concentration and effort is what stands out
not our brain power so to speak
for example a top footballer who is doing bad academically
the reason is not because he is stupid
its mainly that he puts all his concentration and effort into playing football
as with boys and girls
it does not differ with sex
annother example from the sea and common entrance exmas
when i sat common entrance
a boy came first
the year after that a girl came first
the year before i sat a boy came first
so this means that the reason why people are smarter than others
it is because of the concentration and effort they put into their studies
