nah something was wrong with the game itself, google it, many peeps had the issue. i played out the game though, had to use a ripped version to play without the crashing.

The only time the game crashed was when it was "patched" for multiplayer. That became a crap shoot. Untouched, it ran straight through to the end without woe.

One of the better PC gaming experiences. Not HL2, but not far from it.

Can't wait for GoW 2. If it never comes to PC, I'll cry.

Dunno where crixx has been but the RROD is pretty rare with the systems manufactured since last year.

360 is the best value for money right now, you simply can't go wrong. Say that paying 350US for a system + GOW2  is wasting money on one game right? well with all the benchmarking threads around its clear that some of you spend more than that every so often to get a few frames more power.

Investing in 1 console (or 2) and then buying games is a very good alternative to upgrading pcs for normal people who don't see the need to upgrade often and more than often play the same games.

lol, I'm saving my dinars for when Tekken 6 drops. Since it won't be on any other console. Looking @ a mean Soul Calibur IV + Tekken 6 + Ps3 combo. Namco immc.

After that, anything could happen.

I'm not anti-xbox or anything. Owned about 3 of 'em. The problem is, as crixx says, buying the console to play the few xbox 360 exclusive games that aren't available on PC. If I have to do that, PS3 gets my money because Tekken 6 will pwn my base more than the xbox 360 exclusives.

According to how the lotto roll, I'll do like Pokemon and catch 'em all.

Anyone running the GoW2 with a keyboard and mouse adapter btw? Fire for the gamepad. SmartJoy frag 2.0 immc. lol

As tweety said, Tekken 6 is in fact coming to the Xbox 360, so your PS3 exclusivity just went out the door. As a gaming machine the Xbox 360 is by far the best. The PS3 is a Home Media machine that happens to play games. I happen to have both, and I prefer the 360 over the PS3 for gaming. My wife uses the PS3 to watch BluRay and DVD's...I admit, since I live in NY now, the 360 is even more attractive since next month, Netflix will be available on the 360 and since we have a Netflix account, we will pretty much have access to 10,000+ movies from the Netflix library to stream to the 360. But in the end it is up to you. Spend $400 US on the PS3 ALONE vs. $300 US on the Xbox 360 and Gears of War 2....with Soul Calibur IV and Tekken 6 available for both....
