the soul edge series(which includes the caliburs)

and the street fighter series,true series, that is from super straight thru alpha and unto street fighter 3

EXCLUDING THE EX SERIES

and inclusive of xmen vs street fighter
excluding the marvel series.

well.....Street Fighter series Including all of the spinoffs (MvsCP1&2 and CPvsSNk etc)

Garao is the best fighter. If you include smash melee, though, that beats it. Smash will be the best.
