Correct Blind Guardian is german and by extension Demons and Wizards is Half German

also I Think Yngwei Malmsteen is german but i not sure

For Blind Guardian The Nightfall In Middle Earth Album is Pretty good but beware they sing in english so if you lookin for foreign language rock go for the Haunted (they're linked to many Japanese death metal bands).And Malmsteen is a guitarist so is mainly instrumentals there
