GATT: Forward ever, backward never?

Perhaps it's time to look at different levels of membership, again!
Members (paying) who will reap the benefits associated with being a paying member (discounts for entering tournaments etc.)
Associate Members (non paying) who will have access to the forum (perhaps not full access) but will have to pay full price to participate in tournaments etc.

I have been saying this since I hit gatt 2 years ago , no one ever listened.
Not in all those big words:) but along the same lines.

in any case...saying it doesn't win you a box of chocolates, only 1 gold. It's implementing it, now that's the doozie.

Pros and Cons iwmc. That will surely be one of the harder things to enact that will come out of this politics section.

Hopefully we will find a lot of easier fish to fry.

on the topic of spreading the news of gatt
it has been done by numerous persons
especially with relation to school
yet older members bash us and call us loud mouths and all of that
which really turns us off from enjoying the gaming experience

for example
in hq  
there were originally for the most
atleast 20 persons in total who actually visted hq
over the last year
that number has exceeded 100 persons who have actually visted
on average 10 go on a daily basis

meh boy that normal, i mean people go always look down on the younger ones, and try to make them seem lame an thing. you just hadda forget them and doh take it serious. what you talk about isnt just in gatt but in life. if you a man with more talant than a big half back old man, he go feel shame and show less respect for you and jealous etc, so he go open he mouth and say you weak an thing. is not to take it on, that is trinis for you yes.

just hadda know that not everyone like that at all, people go respect you if you prove yourself an thing and not everyone after getting dey lixx will come on forum etc and lie an thing. keep fighting!!! you go get recognizition and if possible try to make the people who trying to make you look weak very stupid. eg: challenge them in a game or something, if you mash dem up bad, then put in your sig i beat so and so bad bad bad, with a score. , humiliation idmc. after that day they go never talk bout you again, lol

sorry to spam by double postin but a thought of mine, why not go to people who does sell games and shim and ask if they want to help out that kinda organization. Like suppose neo promise to give deck advice but always send them to that specific store. Or the computer men could probably do the same. Another thing is to open advertising on gatt i mean look at triniscene. ESPECIALLY thing like animecity and tournies ask them to pay a lil fee to drop an ad on allyuh forums (and of course show circulation)

we have some online advertising avenues available to us. We need to capitalise on them.

GATT already had banners on triniscene, but we need to keep them there. Put fresher ads. Musbe de same old ad for the last 3 years.

Anybody wanna do up some animated ones? flash, gif. Talant iwmc.

We will get 'em placed as many places as possible. Likewise, we workin on gettin some ads placed on the site from Carib / Nestle, etc...

thank you thank you!!! but on a real i think yuh hada identify ur market 1st cuz for d youngins and dem just give a man from a respective school or just get d word out cuz i tellin yuh school wars on console would be decent and since is students just tell him to put it up. Cuz i knew a man in cic who used to spread d word for anime city like wild fire so just get urself one of those

there is an upcoming animaecaribe festival in town, we could start the hype there. Suppose to have real school children passin through.

that is d logo... ok i think is time for an update lol well if is just me u can pass it off but i think something a little less geled a lil more squared and not a control if u want start a competition for logos cuz i think u could come better. again just an opinion. When compared to dest it seems to have little thought compared.

I am of the opinion that if GATT members put half the amount of time, effort, skill and energy they use to make their sigs into making banners.....GATT would have a monoploy of online advertising in T&T.
