The lead character played by Halle Berry is a doctor who treats the criminally insane at a women's prison. After an accident she awakens to discover herself a patient at that same prison, having been accused of murdering her husband. She attempts to piece together her shattered reality and the comedy ensues. I think I got the jist of it.

i saw this preview at revolutions...
...it looking rel decent...
...but movies about schizophrenia...or any other mental disease does scare me...
...nevermind that...
...i goin and see it...for the MOVIE...

*looks around the cinema to see all the fellas that came solely because of halle*

i cah handle them "dead ppl walkin around" kinda movie again nah
