nah zero own does take down a quater bar but ti does regain health and it speeds him up.
shin akumas own drains about 1 and a quater bar and its unblockable

Been there beat that

Violent Ken is just faster and has a teleport(more like a fast dash) thats about the only difference gamplay wise.

In terms of looks his fighting stance is dif and his face is a bit evil looking oh yeah and his shoryuken now has a purple flame.

Nothing to write home about he can still be owned quite easily as he can be hit or thrown out of his teleport move.
