What if when you had to renew your driver's permit, you also had to retake the regulations test, and if you failed your regs, you couldn't get you license?

what if above said measure was implemented, would people actually drive better?

that WOULD be perfect!! MAYBE then A$$holes responsible for MOSTLY all road accidents would lose their ability to hold a DP!! steups... i'd say that as much as 80% of ppl holding DP's SHOULDN'T even be allowed to drive a PRAM!!

Actually this would just mean more money for Licensing officers cause as we all know, that same 80% that shouldn't have it prolly PAID for it to begin with... so its really only HALF the battle.

Again, with money passing as much as it does in T&T this would be only partially effective. Add to that we'd need a PROPERLY FUNCTIONING POLICE FORCE AND computerized police records accessible from squad cars... i'd say this is an impossibility even in teh NEAR future without spending more money on THESE systems alone than on the smelter, housing and bimps combined... and then of course the police would need vehicle AGAIN.. you see where i'm going with this... in any event in an ideal world where we have all this, I still think it wouldn't work well as the police themselves are to lazy to follow up on anything unless they getting a $20 for a clarks was it?
