Since the name of this board is anime, not naruto ( not that everyday i doh think about when the anime manga's arcs go start back), i just think there need to be another thread to handle 65 billion anime shows/ movies that people viewing right now, excluding....... 1. Naruto 2. Bleach 3. DBZ 4. Samurai X 4. Trigun 5. Hellsing

For me, recently i’ve been watching Elfen Lied, and it freaking awesome. I know it out a two years now, but i mean when a show starts with its pilot's first 7 mins having a naked pink haired, 17 or so year old girl, walking through a human experimentation lab, are all you seeing is security guard limbs, heads and heart being ripped out, by what seems to be thin air, in the most gruesome and gories manner......... all a person could do is sit and stare in amazement. Story was decent for a 14 episode series, standard animation, a must wahch, but definitely for a mature audience.

Yeah so anywhere this is basically just to discuss the other anime out there right now.

True, FMA was one of the only ultra popular anime, and was really great, cliche or not

I've heard only great things about Gankutsuou, one of the few anime too bring across western themes in an anime.

However i must say i hated gantz, at least up to episode 21, i know that it was about human nature, or at least about how inhumane people can be when it comes to preservation but i just could not stomach the characters.

Some of the voice acting leaves a lot to be desired, but the animation is stellar.

I've seen Samuri Champloo.....good anime but i think it was a bit wild and not creative like na***o or bl**ch

nah man, chobits was cool, the few episodes i saw anywhere

i at a cross roads right now, a partner drop some stuff for me an i don't know what to watch, GITS stand alone complex: which i know suppose to be great, and peacemaker kurogane, which i hear so decent too. The problem is that they so different, and i feel like watching both, and i hate to watch two series at once, so since i so indecisive..........so u known what i do yesterday............. watch Battlestar Galactia instead, lol!!

Gundam Seed ..coming from a gundam fanboy i give it 9/10 character development ..the relationships with characters everything was well done and of course its better to watch seed before watching seed destiny.

Gintama ..mm Sakata Gintoki is a samurai living in an era when samurais are no longer needed. To add to his troubles, oppressive aliens have moved in to invade. Gintoki lives with Kagura and Shinpachi, taking on odd jobs to make the world a better place...and to pay their rent. very funny 7 episodes so far.

also ive tend to watch some of the studio ghibli films >_>
