He didn't say, but personally, I don't think it should be.

There's a reason why each gauge has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the use of custom gauges just bypasses all of that. It's like having the advantages of all 6 gauges at your disposal. On top of that, people with memory cards with their own customised gauges will have an advantage over those that don't and have to contend with the default 6.

With that said, I really don't think that should be allowed at all.

Awesome. But, allowances for changing controls in the game would be provided, right?

Cool. I know somebody who can hold his own in this game, so I'm definitely letting him in on this.

please do, we're trying to establish a serious tournament scene for the 2d games locally. Tournaments will be held every 3 weeks to a month with games being rotated. So basically a game will get a tourney once every 2 - 3 months, with small mini tournies inbetween.

No custom grooves allowed to be direct. Button changes yes and only before all the matches. I know people who change their buttons do a ragin and then change them back. cough cough *redeyes cough.

How many people are really intersted and able to come? Pre registration is availible. Full refund in case of any random things that prevent the tourny. PM me for a phone contact.
