Yep...that is a common occurence. Did that to my car too. If I didn't run outside they would have dragged it all
the way to the savannah with tyres screeching (handbrake was up). The accompaying officer actually stopped them and
had them use auxiliary wheels for the back tyres. Thing is I was parked on the right side of the road, over a faded,
worn out zebra crossing with no sign. Plainly not in use or maintained.

Them fellas working on commision, and its quite a few of em now, so reckonize tha hussle. Most of those officers
couldn't be bothered to come out from under all that AC in hot sun to run down drivers. This is TnT.

...and yeah, cars was probably getting wrecked from there whole evening, so the person who recorded that
was probably waiting on the wrecker to come back.

they probably called the wrecker ( coco lounge and that place where crixx was limin have the same owner, i believe)

cuz i mean. what are the odds of them having their camera on, from even before the tow truck had make out crixx?

no they didnt call the wrecker
the people who were filming where using a camera fone and they were sitting having drinks, apparently they had spotted the wrecker doing all sorts of stupidity before hand and taped other scenarios.

Like the wrecker snatching an suv and doing a u turn in the intersection breaking the light
