Well, its not exactly racist, but it does speak volumes about middle-eastern oil producing companies, and their
so-called 'stranglehold' on Western economies. I especially like the last part when they dropped his pants.
America feels that they are at the mercy of OPEC, so I understand it completely.

Its a highly exaggerated (and rather misguided) view of things, but its effective.
