Man dais ah serious ting dat man talkin bout dey, I remember when I was practicing moving chi around my body, everything going good feelin it move across my whole body, then outta de blue I start to get short of breath and my heart started beatin slowly. Got scared and stopped right there, still use it tho move it into your hand and hit someone and all you feel is bone, what I mean is you dont feel the soft muscle or tissue only the hard bone underneath. No I dont plan to kill anyone, juss use it to stop ah fight fast.

did tai chi seriously for about 5 years.

one thing i could say for sure is when i did it, I had boundless energy consistently, one downside is how boring it could get, and I personally have a very short attention span and get bored level fast, so I stopped taking it seriously, but they don't call it 'grand ultimate' for nothing.
