Guys,

Kayode just hit me an email.

Mark Lyndersay, of Guardian's "Bit Depth" tech column fame, wants to do a pictorial on well-modded machine cases and top-performace gaming computers.

So he sent him to us.

If you have a monster rig or know someone that does, post here, with specs and pics if you can.

Looking for visually impressive stuff.

Ultimately, Mark will need to interview you and take some pictures of the rigs for the article. Sometime this week.

Beomagi, maybe you could fly in that beast rig of yours. lol

There are lots of l33t pcs in trinidad that aren't advertised much , with quad sli etc. But in this online community i guess Beomagi's and mine will be on the top of the pile .

cm stacker stc-01 unmodded, 1 GB DDR 800 OCZ ( 2 when trini gives me my other stick back! ), 320 gig hd, core 2 duo E6600, ati x1900gt ( mid range ) asus p5w64ws pro, humm I think I'll be the most powerful machine here ( video not aside )

hmm, really dont think I can send my pc back home.

My little bro's machine ain't bad

His is more of a tweaked out machine than a super performer though. Gave that to him, maybe last year when he came up to visit.
2600+ xp-m (mobile xp), fsb oc'd from 266 to 400MHz, running at 2.3GHz
6800 unllocked to 16/6 from 12/5. should be 2 GB ddr 400 ram in that as well
I give him that and yet the only game he's really into playing is halo

kept bragging about being on the last stage on legendary last time we spoke

Yesteryear's parts though. Nice example of using tweakable components however.

hmm, I DO have a couple of pictures of my current. Used my sisters camera a few weeks ago when she was up here.

Wont be able to fly in at all. Coulda woulda shoulda, but guess I gotta pass.

ps: do say if the pics not showing. I run my webserver on 1024 local, so even if I redirect hostname beomagi.ath.cx to my lan ip, it wont redirect the port. - i.e. i dont see pics of my posts if i'm on the lan.
edit - nvm. Checked using web proxy "the-cloak.com"

only person that had a decent alienware rig is Ronnie. I know Quesnel bought one but he took the normal looking antec case.

hmmmm....i'll try to get some pics of my pc up. hopefully my rma would go through nicely and i'll get my replacement X1900XT. the specs i got right now are:
