Now, this is from someone who never saw an episode of Smallville and only saw pieces of it while my cousin was watching it. I can honestly say that in my 30 years of watching TV I have never seen a show that has been as consistently good for each episode as Heroes. Not only that, but the episodes keep getting better and better. I don't see how Smallville can remotely approach that, 6 seasons or not. I will take Heroes over any other show especially anything on the WB/CW - Smallville, I'm looking at you. The focus in Heroes is where it should be - on the characters and their powers. It is not focused on the over-dramatic teenage and young adult "relationships" that you tend to find on the WB/CW. I believe that is what will make Heroes become a classic if it is not at that stage already. I know there are some who will come to defend Smallville and its close relatives on the WB/CW. All I can say is, "To each his own." If it makes you feel any better, my brother loves Smallville and even has the DVD sets. He is only 22, though, and if Kristin was not in it, I suspect his opinion might have been different.

I wouldn't put heroes over 24...or lost for that matter....but yeah...I like it a lot. Dresden Files and Supernatural ain't too bad either. Smallville has had some o.k. shows (the Justice League one wasn't tooooooo bad, not tooooo good either though), but all in all it's been like a teenage version of Lois and Clark. The soap opera element makes it hard for me to watch from start to finish.

weyyyyyy sahhhh! I'm far behind! i missed this week's episode

. I like smallville alot but this one man thing (Clark Kent) ain't working. Heroes caught my undivided attention with the multiple 'extra-ordinaries'. It's boring when we all know, yeah... yeah... yeah CK can fly/ melt stuff with his eyes plus x-ray vision/ super strength blah blah blah (but it still bad though lol). Compared to Heroes now, every week you can look forward to seeing a different power being discovered or should i say re-discovered. Whereas CK now...pffft "It's a bird...NO! a plane!...NO! It's......steups..... Clark Kent lol

Essentially most people doing sewries now should just tell a story and be done with it regardless. If you can write then You can come up with some other interesting story to tell and let merchandising etc handle the fans need to satiate their hunger for "MORE"

If Peter learn how to control his powerZ, fo shizzle he will be more bad than Sylizzle (Sylar)

. Cause if you look at it this way, Peter could get other powers just by physical contact (correct me if i'm wrong) and Sylar have to KILL in order to get other powers.
So basically Peter more bad in my book.
