Multiple input into one wireless headset.

Have it connected to my laptop in mumble while simultaneously connected to my PS3 in Uncharted 2 or Killzone 3.

Instant kick ass group chat for PSN. lol

This is exactly how I use my PX5 sometimes.  I'll be chatting away on Mumble (via bluetooth) while sweating heavy PS3.

It could make for some kickass team play if more people had these headsets, and we could use PC-based chat, and not rely on the arbitrary nature of the console comms.  Not to mention, you won't hear all the idiotic 12-year olds screaming cusswords and racial slurs all the time...

Umm, we have it on XBox Live, good game, even better if you have a full squad of 16 people to play, its Dedicated servers 16 vs. 16...Good stuff

Well, I don't own a PS3 (or any console for that matter), but this little tidbit would only add fuel to the decision to not go the way of Sony...

Sony has been hit with a number of class-action lawsuits since the launch of the PlayStation 3, mostly due to the decision to retroactively remove Linux support from the console and losing the data of users due to questionable security practices. Sony has another solution to this problem beyond beefing up security (and it's not retaining the features you paid for): if you accept the next mandatory system update, you sign away your ability to take part in a class-action lawsuit. The only option left for consumers if they agree is binding individual arbitration.
