Sony has made it official that the PlayStation Vita will be confined to Japan in 2011, with the North American and European rollouts not expected until early 2012. Japan will also be the site of a major update to the PS Vita library, as Andria Sang reports today that Sony confirmed that this month's Tokyo Game Show will play host to the announcement of 18 new titles for the device. Dynasty Warriors Next will be among 31 PS Vita games shown at TGS 2011.Sony did not provide a breakdown of who will be publishing the games that it plans to show at its PlayStation Vita Zone booth. However, the publisher did confirm by name 13 other games that will be on hand, revealing a decidedly Japanese bent to the distribution houses. Listed publishers include Arc System Works, Tecmo Koei, Konami, Acquire, Chunsoft, Nippon Ichi, and Namco Bandai.Beyond the PS Vita's lineup, Sony also confirmed it will be showing off 19 announced and three unannounced PlayStation 3 games. One notable exclusion from this list is Team Ico's The Last Guardian, which also skipped this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. The game had previously been pegged for a fall 2011 release but has since been bumped to an undetermined release window. The PSP zone will feature five games as well as one unannounced title. Sony confirmed that Sega's just-announced Yakuza Black Panther 2 will be among the games it plans to have at the show.A full list of confirmed PS Vita, PS3, and PSP games that will be on hand at TGS 2011 can be found below.PS Vita games:BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend (Arc System Works)Dynasty Warriors Next (Tecmo Koei)Asphalt Injection (Konami)New Little King Story (Konami)Mahjong Fight Club (Konami)Shinobido 2 (Acquire)Power Smash 4 (Sega)Uncharted: Golden Abyss (Sony)Gravity Daze (Sony)Hot Shots Golf Next (Sony)Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru (Chunsoft)Disgaea 3 Return (Nippon Ichi)Ridge Racer (Namco Bandai)PS3 games:Battlefield 3 (Electronic Arts)Dragon's Dogma (Capcom)Asura's Wrath (Capcom)Street Fighter x Tekken (Capcom)Dynasty Warriors 7 Extreme Legends (Tecmo Koei)Ninja Gaiden 3 (Tecmo Koei)Winning Eleven 2012 (Konami)Metal Gear Solid HD Edition (Konami)Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD Edition (Konami)Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Square Enix)Binary Domain (Sega)Uncharted 3 (Sony)ICO (Sony)Shadow of the Colossus (Sony)Ratchet & Clank All 4 One (Sony)God of War HD Collection (Sony)Hot Shots Golf PS3 the Best (Sony)Happy Charlie to Soratobu Carnival (Sony)Ni no Kuni (Level-5)PSP games:Frontier Gate (Konami)Final Fantasy Type-0 (Square Enix)Yakuza Black Panther 2 (Sega)Hatsune Muku Project Diva Extend (Sony)Oreshika (Sony)
