COD4 should be bout the same length... given that you aren't a noob


But yea get it... + you really really need to get onto a broadband internet connection..
There are demos, game trailers constantly coming out...

+ You'd get to play COD4 with all of us....

Ok guys....
I finally gave in and decided to upgrade my ps3 hard drive...
I keep running out of space u see...
Where I get the harddrive?

Stuck my 120gb hard drive from my laptop into the ps3....
Process was so so easy...
I so happy Sony made it that easy...

Just pull out the drive and pop in the new one... (unscrew a couple scres of course..)

But before I did that... I used the backup utility on the ps3 where it copied all info to my external drive....
....
Turned off the system....
Pulled out the drive..stuck in the new one...

On turning on the PS3 it asked to format...So i did...
And there ya go..
Plugged back in my external, started up the backup utility..
selected restore...
And as I type this is currently restoring...

It took 40 mins to backup and is taking the same to restore...

So there ya have it....upgrading you HDD is a breeze...
Once you have an external to backup previous data... (that is if you want to)

EDIT - All demos, folding work units, settings, themes, music, videos, photos were retained...
Back to the way it was with more space...

YAWN! I don't want to watch adds on my PS3, I want to play games!!! All I have been doing with my PS3 these days is watching Blu Ray movies......O_o

Well I intend on picking up Unreal 3, Ratchet, COD 4 (even though I am already a level 55 on the Xbox 360), and maybe Heavenly Sword, LAIR (NAH NAH NAH garbage)...

I might Take that as a challenge.  I only wish more people from Gatt had cod4 we could have had a real match, What's your Kill to Death and Win to Lose ratio on 360?

Right finally COD4 is in my hands....

Played the first 4 levels thus far...

This game is INTENSE!

I can't believe what I've been missing....

PLaying it in 1080p....and boy o boy...those graphics are pretty...
I never really saw what was so great about it as it looked pretty jaggy and bland in the trailers...
But in action it so pretty...

At times I actually have to look twice because I could swear it real....

COD4 relly for game of year...

Also I can't seem to get online now....
Everytime I select Online, my router crashes with COD4....
But works fine with Resistance, Timeshift demo etc....
Looking into it...

That downloaded the first time I started COD4, and it installed itself....

yea i've heard of that happening...
so far mine is good...

Here's what happening with me...
I can't load any multiplayer games at all...Spliscreen and Online...
When i load a splitscreen map, the loading screen freezes and incidentally the PS3..
Has to manually turn it off...

I tracked this down to my router...because I unplugged the network cable and then splitscreen games loaded with no problem...
Weird....

So I'll be resetting router etc...and playing around to find a fix when I got time...
