WTMC when the Nicaraguan military using GOOGLE MAPS for navigation and ending up in Costa Rica:

UTC cheques will take 4 working days to clear (just like other banks' cheques) instead of the usual "instant" clearing.

This is what was told to me by RBTT and RBL West Mall today.

RBL say if you want it clear one time, pay $23
