I've been using Aeropost for 5 years, shipping in items a few times each month and never had one issue. But yeah everyone experience is different.

^Trust me I aint makin no excuse but that one sounds like customs workers playin d ass cause of they strike story.

What I can say is that I guarantee you there will be no company that you try that has 100% positive feedback from everyone with said company.

Getting something re-weighed is unthinkable with other skybox companies as far as I know......is all up to you yes. I've heard some serious horror stories about other so called "skyboxes"

Last night damn penal debe corporation 'sprayed' for insect, yuh know that annoying sounding truck that drive around and makes it hard to breathe... yeah that one, they 'sprayed' and instead of getting RID of the insects it FORCED THEM ALL into the house.. I was FINE all the while then all a sudden..bite... bite... bite... bite... I was like WDMC!! why I getting so much bite all a sudden, is den I hear the chupid truck and smell the damn noxious fumes... and all this  at 7PM in the night!!!! WDMC!

OK I think I was misunderstood ... aeropost is by MILES the best skybox service I've found offering FULL tracking, insurance and great customer service

this is just a one off wtmc occasion cuz of this new system and the customs strike I have ordered alot of stuff from them before without a hitch so berserk chk them out u wouldn't get ketch with ezone having to pay 12 us for anything under 4 pounds...etc

WTMC at going to a secondary school in the east to test laptops and being told by the principal that we had to work in this room:



The room in question is about 13m long by 4m wide, no air conditioning, no ventilation except a big fan blowing from one end of the room to the other

She wanted six hard back men to fit in and test 140 Form 1 laptops in this room.  Granted there was another room to work in as well, but it wasn't much bigger (6m x 6m) and the only A/C was a barely working portable unit - We we not allowed to open any windows ( as the car park was right outside and the public could possibly see inside) nor move out any furniture already in these small rooms to make room for the laptops.

-WTMC at the other techs who actually began to test the laptops there despite such. Thank god the power went at 11:35am - only 5 laptops were tested at that point.

Imagine the principal refused to let us use the library as it was not a totally secure place and the "sweat box" was more secure. We say ok, then let us test in in the library and then move it to the "sweat box" after. No, she doesn't want the children to see the laptops.

I have been to this school before and the library is more than adequate for testing needs.
That a principal would willfully treat visitors to her school in such a manner is appalling to say the least.

At noon, seeing the power had not returned I left and went to another school to work in a proper room.

Went personally to MoE ICT Division and showed them the picture and sent a formal complaint, oui

I heard soon after, thankfully, that the Principal did eventually agree to provide proper conditions.

Nah they take an extra day or so, but I find them reliable overall. Got a few shipments from them this week with no problems.

Well my experience with ASUS tech support.. made me go WTMC numerous times. OUt of the maybe 30 times I had to call them. ONCE ONLY ONCE did they pick up the phone before the half hr mark. Yes. I had time to strand starcraft, watch whole episodes. take a sh*t, come back and i was STILL on HOLD.(WTMC #1)
Moving on. I bought my laptop in june of last year. My screen started failing in October. Thats just over a year, with no sort of excessive abuse or anything.(WTMC #2)

The people in the JAMAICAN call center(so i found out) told me its a 10-14 business day turnaround time. Seriously, and that wasnt including shipping.(WTMC #3) I mean like serious dread? are their laptops failing at SUCH an alarming rate thats ABSURD!

Moving on, tracking my package, i find that mypackage sat in their place for 2 full days without a tech even touching it.. I suppose i can see where their cost is being cut....

They eventually replaced the screen etc... worst Customer Service experience ever. the staff were apathetic. When i asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 50 minutes.... Went so far as to file a report with the better business bureau

Good job on filing the report Mez. I find customer service is FAILING as of recent years. There is no reason why so many businesses should claim to have customer support which is more stress than support.
