A lot of ppl forget that the Romans were megalomaniacs. They were intent to rule the world. Ceasarian philosophy was that any territory not loyal to Rome or under it's thumb was a threat. Crucifiction alone is an example of the Romans' control-freakishness. Crucifiction is actually elaborate asphyxiation (I got an email with a forensic breakdown years ago, I'll try to find it). Long story short; Legs broken, the upper body gets tired just hanging there supporting itself, the muscles of the torso get to tired to expand, no torso expansion = no breathing, you die. They could have accomplished (pardon the pun) the same with a throw-pillow.

Now there is such a thing as Legally blind.. but it doesn't traslate into COMPLETELY BLIND. A Legally blind person cannot operate moving machinery (aka car, tractor, etc) however they can see and walk around mostly uninhibited. I know a legally blind person who works TTSEC and he has glasses you could keep fish in and uses the Windows disability feature (magnifier) but as is, is completely self sufficient... I REALLY want o believe the blind team is legally blind... otherwise if they are Completely blind... that is some level Blind swordsman no jutsu!!!

Well from what I know, blind cricket can use legally and completely blind individuals, the ball usually has ball bearings in them, so it makes noise during delivery, to allow completely blind individuals to at least hear the ball.
