Police Swipe Man's XboxImagine being pulled over for speeding and having your Xbox console taken away. That’s exactly what happened to Kenyatta Hillman when he was pulled over by Orange County Florida sheriff’s deputies last week. According to Hillman, he was pulled over for speeding, but instead of getting a ticket he had his Xbox 360 and eight games confiscated.ZoomIn an interview with WFTV Channel 9, Hillman claims the deputies searched his car because he and his friends smelled of marijuana. Inside was an Xbox console with several games and deputies ran the serial numbers to check if the property was stolen. Apparently there have been several burglaries in the neighborhood and Xbox consoles are a big target. Even though the serial number came up clean, the deputy took the game console anyways and told Hillman he could get it back, if he brought a receipt. With the original receipt and retail box in hand, Hillman went to the sheriff’s station, but no one could find the console in the evidence room. Since Hillman wasn’t arrested or given a ticket, there was no case number assigned to the property. A Sheriff’s sergeant later promised to get the system back to Hillman. The sheriff’s office told WFTV that it doesn’t believe the Xbox was stolen, but that’s little consolation because Mr. Hillman still hasn’t received his game console back.No doubt there is probably much more to this story than we’re seeing and it will be interesting to see where the console has been hiding all this time.
Police down here do that sort of thing all the time (taking people's stuff), so its not a new thing, but an Xbox man?Damn, that's cold. I doubt he gettin that back. Some one a dem son get a new Xbox for christmas oui.
well this happened a few nights ago when i was driving home... i only just felt like sharing...The following may be NSFWI'm heading home from the office around 1 am friday morning (stayed back to study) and as i am coming into my home village i notice a man the right hand side of the road walking briskly without a shirt and wearing a bag of some kind over his shoulders. As i drive past him (i'm not driving past, quite slow actually) i notice him take a cat (i heard it make some 'cat like' sounds) out of the bag and hold it with both hands.. he then ... well he sorta moves one of his hands that is holding the cat and, i swear to you, i heard a sound as if he was tearing fabric (cloth) and the cat made a sorrowful kinda sound...So i continue driving and i look into my side and rear view mirror only to realize that the man was no longer there, i stopped the car (yeah mistake they always make in the movies) looked back and noticed the man standing there holding the cat... kinda in front of his face, was not close enough to tell what he was doing. at this point i sped off and gave a my Vtec a much needed run....so seriously... WTMC
