WTMC @ me being so off my game yesterday that I put on black shoes with a brown belt and I left home, boarded a maxi, walked from City Gate to Abercromby St (crossed the Promenade and everything) and even walked into my boss' office with my fly open.

WTMC @ being hit from behind at what o'clock in the morning, being hung up on by the nearest police station at LEAST FIVE TIMES, having the police reach the scene (all of 2 minutes away) in PLAIN CLOTHES (most likely DRUNK) and taking a report that NEVER made it into the log book thereby requiring me to go to the station AGAIN to ENSURE the report made it in.... WDMC!

wtmc @ walking out of work and a blackbird attacking me by flying towards me and nose diving at my head...damn ting followed me across the street and past and entire block, when i finally took off my bag to clobber it, it stopped....

very freaking odd, and it isn't the first time it has happened....what makes blackbirds attack yuh in the first place???

Just be thankful its a small bird and not a Falcon! A peregrine Falcon can dive at speeds of 250 MPH and take your eyes out! We've dealt with a few at the church we are working on here in NY.

rb is correct. When the blackbirds have a nest with young ones, they become fiercely territorial, and will
properly well dive-bomb your a$$. I see it on the Brian Lara Promenade all the time when its their mating season.
