Then i get VAT on 2 Intel E2200 processors!! WTF, WTH. I JUST ordered similar processor about a month ago, and it had no VAT!!

might i make a suggestion?

why not quote the VAT on the part and inform the customer that if there is no VAT to pay on your side you'd redo the estimate to compensate.
This way, if there is VAT, no scene and if there isn't any, you'd just have a really happy customer, and your pocket filled non the less.

problem is you may turn off sum people...

If you don't get charged, then and only then do you offer a reduced price to the customer.

That lesson has been taught a gazillion times on these very forums. Don't keep burning to learn.

The customs laws is about as useful as a blindman in a cricket match. Don't count on it.

The officers can charge whatever they feel whenever they feel.

Dude, unless you're old enough to legally drink, drive and get arrested for doing both simultaneously, moms and dads have the final say. Just appreciate the fact that they care enough to exercise SOME measure of control over you and find some way to work within the rule structure that they've put in place.

Point to note, folks: The best form of parental apathy is to give kids EVERYTHING that they ask for. Meditate on that.
