trouble is, choc'late is ah child who was handed a bunch of money because she could talk big - i think Express handed her a cheque for $10,000 during that 'read a book in front of the library to stop crime' thing she did.  All in all - last time i heard she'd raised over $60,000 -  she said she needed the money to have a 'run away from crime' and to go talk to schools.  since when you need all that $$ to run a walkathon and go talk to schools.  plenty people volunteer their time to go visit schools and give inspirational talks - and as far as i know, walkathon's RAISE money.  She supposed to have those committee members goin to their aunties beggin for ah $5 or $20 for their walkathon sheet!

this just proves that she was way too immature to handle all the $$ and attention. 

OR she was mislead by her guardians, it does happen, parents see a way to cash in on their child.
Unfortunate, but that is the way things are sometimes.

- when TSTT's so-called help desk have you waiting for a total (personal record just set yesterday) of 71 minutes and 30 seconds before you speak to an 'agent' to troubleshoot a customer's DSL connection issues.. and it only took 5 minutes for them to fix. 20 minutes into waiting you get a "estimated wait time is 19 minutes"....steups!!

As some of you know I bought an X2 5200+ 65W a week before the price drop.

Ordered it from Tiger Direct via Amazon.com. Credit card was deducted the very next day, get my tracking number and status as 'billing info received' on 3rd July

It is now the 12th July and the status has not changed. But it gets better:

Contacted Tiger Direct, this was the reply:

Thank you for your email.
"We apologize for the inconvenience, however our  records indicate that this order has already been  shipped, and therefore at this point we are unable to make any changes."

Contacted UPS, and this was the reply:

"Thank you for your tracking inquiry. Our records indicate that billing information was received for your package on 07/03/07. However, our system does not show that the package was physically picked up from the shipper's location."

Since you have verified with your shipper that your package was picked up and the scheduled delivery date for this package has now passed, please have your shipper contact us to initiate further investigations. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience associated with the delivery of your package.

So WHERE THE [insert preferred expletive] is my processor??
