He tells her to tell me stop harassing him and his family. Say I am a "mentally deranged" and need to seek help, the above letter is provocation, complained how I does park the van in the road in front his house for spite, even brings up some 2 year old trivial 'incident' as reference. Even lies about what the said happened till I had to mouth off at him and he playing he ignoring me! I video taped the whole conversation with my camera phone, but it failed to pick up any sound due to the distance between front porch wall and front gate.As far as I am concerned, I was offended by someone and I chose to voice my displeasure via letter format. Was I wrong? -> You could have phrased it differently so YES you are partly to blame.If I wasn't in a good mood I'd have flew at him with maximum damage intention even though he in his senior years. Kiya - I guess the best thing you can do is try to find a home for the kitties. If any gatters want a pet you should try helping Kiya and her kitty neighbours out.SaxMan the saddening thing is that I would have expected this from UWI hence why I didn't go there, certainly didn't expect this at USC(University of the Southern Caribbean - formerly known as CUC).
