Travelling in a taxt heading diego. Taxi is in the the left lane, I am riding shotgun.

as the taxi crosses the four roads lights, I observe a rasta man with two young children crossing the road. one is maybe a year and in his left arm; the other - maybe 2 or 3 years - is being led by his right arm.

all of a sudden the rasta man STOPS in the center of the left lane - still holding his children -  directly in the path of the taxi I was in - to make some small talk, shouting at some next rasta on the other side of the road!!

Well the taxi drive start to blow horn one time. Yuh believe the rasta actually gesticulate vexation at the drive for that!? I had to shout "Come out the road!" at him as the taxi passes mere inches from him.

When I do look at the side mirror.. the rasta man was going back across the road.. STILL conversing! WITH traffic coming, with both kids in hand!!

WTMC!!! what the hell kind of parents we have out here?

This is d kinda BS i hadda go through
1. staying in skool 4 3 weeks straight  from 7 am 2 7 pm monday to sunday, trying to finnish my Internal assesments
2. loosing 12 pages of d project and having to type it all over
3. Being the first person in class to hand in their computer project and d teacher says that he lost it but everyone elses project got corrected...
4. I carried one of my projects to be bound and d people f'd it up by tearing the holes so i hadda go out and buy more paper and reprint the entire thing ... close to 50 pages.

ur mother tell u to go help ur dad run a kitten thet get in d house. when u gone in d room from outsite u hear two loud "bap bap!" when i ask him if he run or kill d cat he say he eh say nuthing. i say u didnt here me? he say "i not ansurin u!" You know he KILL D CAT!!!! i was so VEX! i cry for most of d day! later dat day i went outside to have a look. I seems that he used a hammer! This happened yesterday and u know he went to work after like huthing happen? He even went to church today! Now not letting me use d pc is one thing but killing a kitten is unforgiveable!

kiya i really feel sorry for your Dad being that evil must not be easy, but think of it this way... he is closer to the grave than you are, so most likely he will get old and need help to get dressed, to bathe, to go to the bathroom and you will be a succesfull professional young and beautifull... would you do me a favor and remember this when it happens and tell him a big F*** U from my part.

Because doing that is a punishment for the original deed and not an evil deed because of it.
When they execute murderers isnt that killing them too punishment is usually not considered a bad deed . But we all know if he did shoot him hed be punished for his punishment .

I think NEO voices my opinion enough and I also agree with lilith. I'd just be a little less merciful than just shooting him.... he'd have to suffer first. I and I'd like to make people like that suffer!! Hypocritical bastard! Kill a kitten and the go to church normal the very next day? What, he went to "confess" so that his conscience clear!! What bs!!

After seeking Kiya's pics in the GATT member pics thread, I can't possibly imaging she have a dad like that!! I'd not want to meet him, seriously! I'd probably deck him as I shake his hand (sorry Kiya, I just had to vent that  one)

1). signed up for an online course and have either no PC nor Internet or Both

2). 8 point list defining what is required for participation posted on online forum, students then claim that the lecturer wasn't clear on what participation is.

3). Some of these guys NEVER logged on to the website and expect to get a compensatory 'A' because the lecturer wasn't clear on what participation is

4). "We have no textbook" -- omfg is this university or primary school, its an ONLINE course you have the INTERNET

5). Students complain that lecturer did not give proper guidelines for projects - said students submitted project proposal the day the project was due!

6). Students complain "Lecturer doesn't teach" - again, primary school or university? You are given 14 Bob Tabor c# videos, and an online forum where you can ask questions to lecturer/fellow students.
Students who did ask for help asked by saying "I don't understand that video" - no response to what exactly did you not understand

7). 3 students pariticpate on online forums, ask questions, post code...including the lecturer's son, some individual wrote a letter to the school'as admin saying that the lecturer is biased to these 3 students and they are the only ones who will pass the course. (Gee I wonder how these guys are able to program in C#, I wonder if maybe...just maybe they spend some time trying to write programs, doing research and using their brains....

. Oh yeahh, you guys will love this one...one week there were 3 separate discussions all named "Exam2" with one post each - the folks who actually log on to the site will go see a new discussion about the lesson for the week, will go and make a new discussion for their response/comments rather than replying to the original post in ONE discussion thread. WTMC!!!! These people supposed to be CompSci Majors.....rant about it a couple times no body take me on....fit in the word "stupid" somewhere in my final rant and lo and behold they finally see my post about making new threads for the same topic.....of course their response was along the lines of "doh bash ppl b;c they don't know c#", and "just b'c you know c# don't  mean you're better than other people", WTF that have to do with C#!!!!


9).  The last project given was based on everything done in the course thus far...we were free to come up with our own program and essentially do what we wanted, given that the lesson for the previous week dealt with c# and databases...some folks decided to use databases in their programs.
Not everyone understood it (Never mind they could have watched the video a million times over until they did), so the lecturer's response on the "what coming for finals" was you won't be tested on databases but rather your knowledge on Arrays.
So final exams comes around (Finally, after someone got it canceled by telling the lecturer there was no internet on campus - don't know if it was true or not), and its mentioned that if you can use a database in your program you will get 10 bonus points - mind you the Requirement was to use atleast one array. Exams over and feedback starts coming in...one person found the lecturer was biased (again) b'c he knows for a fact that only 3 persons knows how to use a database - WTMC....he trying to say that he know for a fact no more than 3 certain person have the mental capacity/discipline to sit and look at the lessons....understand and repeat!!!

10).  Decide to see if I can do some summer courses as I only did 2 courses this semester since I couldn't FIND any courses to do after 4:30 besides those. Looks at the timetable for the 3 summer semester(Is it disturbing that there's only abt 6 courses listed for the 3rd semester) and sees 1 course in the first semester that I can do, and 1 in the second. I really going to spend 1,200 to sign up for each semester to do ONE course....wtmc @ who ever sets the timetable. And forget about doing the next course for my core b'c apparently the students in the class also complained about the lecturer - unfortunately they were successful in getting the course cancelled and the course will be re-done this summer. WTMC!!!  -  the excuse is that the course is done in C++ and none of the students did C++ before....they apparently did their pre-reqs on another planet where C++ and Java are NOT both Object Oriented languages, and there is absolutely NO similarity between the two hence redering them confused and lost - which of course they only realize a couple weeks before exam. There was no way they could have known they were confused BEFORE then.

*takes a deep breath* - that said there's a reason why they hide the hammer from me @ work....thank god there's always violent video games where i can act out my fantasies.

Hey everyone thanks for all d love and for understanding what i have to deal with. I now have 3 kitties that i must try to take care of. they to sweet! I plan to have them all spaied (well not the males if they are any lol) maby males to u never know. Well if i have anything more to vent i'll post here.

Btw i was going to go to the dog show today but dad said that he was too busy. Its prob. for the best

I don't know if i have the right to tell you this but the more i hear about your relationship with your parents the more upset i get, what you are living it's called Psychological abuse and it's wrong, the only one with the power to end that is yourself, so change your state of mind and stop dueling about how a son of a b1tch your father is, the more you think about this the more you will get it, change your mind first because you deserve better, so be strong and think in what you want for yourself in the future and go for it, stand your ground and don't let anybody to make you sad, if you're afraid of physical abuse remember that it's punishable by law, if that a$$h0le you call Dad does as much as lay a finger on you, you have the right to send his a$$ to jail.

This father scene really gettin out of hand now kiya. Its about time you reall y think about having a serious talk with your parents. I don' know anything about you but from all these negative posts I really have to agree with lillith on this. It is goin to become very unhealthy for you very soon, and even tho i have a similar type of parent, I get accustomed to it by just playin ignorant. The problem with that 1 is that you can only play so long before you actually become ignorant! So now I just co-exist as peacefully as I can, even tho my mother tries (and succeeds tremendously) to make my life a living hell. Anyway, best of luck with your problem, I'll be thinkin hard about a solution!
