-WTMC @ Flow 'offering' the movie channels for a limited time for free...and when I went to check the channels: No HBO, no Cinemax, no Showtime...

That has to be one of the shortest trial runs ever then

I scared to see how the line up will be when I get the digital.
Wondering when the hell I will get it.
Right now I'm fighting up and trying to figure out the best package combo.

I dont have MC digital cable yet so how the MC i gettin my showtime back i dont mind paying for the showtime pack just for Dexter which new season is this month and they cut it now WTMC! Note Dexter is in no way affiliated with Dexters Lab that shows on CN ok noobs .

- Discourteous customers

Wednesday last: A new customer asks to me come by to check out a monitor that is not working. When it refuses to turn on I realize it is defective. I take the tower home to confirm it is working. The client stresses her need to get a monitor as soon as possible. This was Wednesday.

Sunday: acquire said monitor from SPK

Monday: arrive at client's home with monitor. I immediately remove old monitor and install new monitor. Then the client keeps asking me about taking the old monitor to fix. On further querying, I find out the the monitor I removed from t he computer stand tonight is not the defective monitor! The husband apparently took it upon himself to source a monitor, knowing fully well that an arrangement was made for me to source it!

So he didn't think he had to tell his wife he was going for one? Didn't the wife think to call and tell me when she saw him come home suddenly with it to advise me so i wouldn't have to tote the f******g thing and drive to their posh well-secured pigeon house complex apartment at 9pm??

I was barely able to contain my anger. Had I known enough Spanish(i have a now useless I in CXC Spanish form 10 yrs ago) I'd have railed them in their native tongue (clients were either form Mexico or Venezuela)

Good lord, people doh have any f*****g courtesy or decency again?!?!?! WTMC My time and money wasted!

but is all right.. when I start penalizing clients with a bill of 50% of the value of the item (minimum $150) + labour ($150) for time wasting like that.....under contract mind you...

oh yeah: on the TSTT matter: I paid up all oustanding amount due this May(less $233.71). I spoke to a rep and was able to get both phone and DSL back up. I'll have to write to the customer service manager to get that $233.71 'forgiven'. TSTT screw up by not fully informing me properly at the time of the switch form dial-up to DSL.

OK Max Shotime and HBO back temp they somewhere in 70's as long as i get digital before they disappear im cool cuz ill pay for them if pricing isnt ridiculous. Anyone know whats the prices on digital cable packages and such.

Check Flow Site......... www.flowtrinidad.com ..........ok I just checked it..Dont bother with the site its mess...no help what so ever. The one page on it that not working is the page that tells you the amount we'll have to donate to flow on a monthly basis.

Why GATT and buytrinidad is the only good websites to come out of trinidad? If you know any good useful ones plz tell me.....

I think it was something like $30 extra per month or something to that effect for the premium movie lineup...well for digital, I dunno about the analog system.

The 3 movie channels still don't function for me, I just checked it.

Alyuh know that with FLOW digital you have to pay for each extra box you have on a monthly basis, yes the same box you had to pay $115 to get from CCTT so all i have to say is FCUK FLOW because they BLOW

Dude i had to pay $115 for the box already then i have to pay $30 or some dollars a month just because you switching to a digital signal now what kind of Fcukries is that. Oh and if you dumb enough to tell them that the net hooking to more than one system you WILL have to pay extra.

I would expect them to charge more for what THEY consider an 'improved service' as do ALL companies, so I think you should relax. I agree it sucks @$$ but ultimately if we riled ourselves up about all the dis-service we get... we'd never get anything done (read TSTT, WASA, TTEC, hospitals, etc). On another note... WDMC!!!!

Daz at a customer in POS... Government/Justice System site... checked it more than once... daz what I got...
