- when your PC takes 15 minutes to copy a 2GB file from one hard drive to another.
- when same PC takes 4 hours to copy 42GB of music in same scenario
- when you realise that your brand new 500GB SATA II hard drive (with NCQ, 16MB buffer, and perpendicular recording that you only got yesterday afternoon) only pushing transfer rates of 3.2 megabytes per second!! (tested with HD Tune)
- when it is possible that the TT$1150 you invested in the 500GB hard drive might jump up now....(it was imported)
- when the owner of a PC with 1TB storage and 4GB RAM is not able to vote yet and is not a working class citizen


EDIT: Changing SATA drives operating mode from RAID to IDE in BIOS fixed problem. YAY!!

-WTMC at the heat that cooks me in my house during the day. Such is the consequence of living in a house wiht a concrete roof. The fact I was able to even sleep in the day was a miracle. I definitely need to get about 6 x 1500mm fans and mount them in the windows. Then again, about 4 Lasko fans might do the trick just as well...

when you witness an accident on the cocorite stretch.

I was proceeding west on cocorite stretch in center at about 8:30pm and observe a red almera attempting to go carenage swerve hard from right lane and clip the back bumper of a white car, heading diego. I observed the plate number of offending vehicle to be most likely:

NEO you have any rants on bad drivers coming up?

- when offending driver never stops and speeds off.
- when victim driver on impact, loses control but regain control to avoid hitting two people on side of road.
- when you had the choice between pursuing offending driver and attending to victim and is forced to choose the latter.
- when after going though the formalities (police report, exchange contact info, even went so far as to let them come by me to photograph damage to car) victim and mom notice company name on the van and proceed to give you a history about your boss: age, marriages, kids names, where she used to work/live, etc, etc.. freaking country too small yes!!
