This WTMC for Fatima Old boys:

Staff briefing today - at the end of the agenda, a teacher challenges the principal about how he handled the theft of my laptop which occurred a week ago, saying in a very diplomatic way that it is sending a message to the boys that it is acceptable:

Fatima's Principal: "Thank you. Anyone have anything else to say?"

Now I made a point of not being present at that staff briefing in anticipation of this rubbish. Right now he looking to get collared for his attitude. I never lick down a official superior to me and I do not want to compound it by assaulting a priest in front of staff.

I think I be sending in my application for 28 days vacation leave starting in November, oui. Let them suffer without an IT Technician while I suffer to 'hustle' money to buy a new laptop. I should be home till the end of the term.

It was strange that my supervisor - the Head of Maths - did not come to work today, and both her and the IT teacher chastised me harshly for implying that they are liable, even though I left them in the room with my laptop when I saw it last.... that school need a radical occurrence far more severe than two Form 3 boys playing "spark t***e" in the bathroom to get them to change their act.

Hiding in my closet. Stopped reading the papers a while ago, i've become so disgusted with some of the things i hear that i close my eyes, block my ears and start sing lalala everytime someone says "You hear about...", well not literally, but you know what i mean.

It's probably not the best way to get through life, but the naivety helps me sleep at night.
