WTMC at me walking home from class Friday night and seeing two fellas in d road in a scuffle then one suddenly exclaims "Me aint want no weed! yuh tryin to set me up or wha!?!?"

Something drops out the other man's pocket on the road just as I am walking by them, he picks it up calmly. Same time a car stops behind them(they were in the middle of the road mind you) and blows its horn.

All this time I am wondering if somebody going to pull out a gun and start shooting....

^^ yeah that's nothing new. That same vehicle can be spotted there from time to time.

At least they keeping it in good condition, unlike the majority of the other vehicles.

Unfortunately, most of the time, they're all rushing to go everywhere and nowhere. Call them if you're in trouble/need help? They asking you all kinna question as if you are the criminal.

By and large, we just have police here to say we have police, so that we can't say there's not a "law enforcement" presence around.

Somebody thought that was 'picong' he was hitting me, and find I shouldn't ban him.
Instead, I should've banned somebody else on a different thread for what appears to be (looking through the archives I'm seeing).....obvious picong, which was taken as a flamewar.

Well, to be honest, I don't know everything that went down in that thread, so banning anybody there based on that? Ehhhh....no. Banning somebody that actually did insult me in plain sight (well, was in plain sight. I pruned that thread)? Yup.

So, long story short:
