Tousens bankai would only mess up byakuyas ability to sense rietsu not his ability to use it i think that there would be no way for tousen to beat byakuya senbonzakura would destroy him.

He cannot use his bankai effectively if he cannot detect reiatsu. He's only aware and connected to of each petal/blade because of it. The bleach universe seems to be built like that. Tousen's bankai is -total- sensory depreivation so it's most likely you lose your sense of self as well i.e. your own spiritual awareness. The purpose of his bankai is punishment. All you feel when you're in Enma's confines is pain. Either way, it doesn't matter...his only option would be to send the petals in all directions in and out in waves since he's have NO chance of directing it toward Tousen he needs to either see or detect his adversaries reiastsu to use it. So it would be either that or creating a cocoon of sorts of cherry blossoms to protect himself.

Would Tousen still lose? Probably yes. Somehow.

Although...Tousen only lost to Kenpachi because he talked too god damned much and he fought the only man in the 13 division crazy enough and masochistic to use that as a tactic. Tousen was just too busy being an indignant hypocrite to get the job done.

...and Yourichi would terrorise Matsumoto. That's not even a debate.

umm i said that it would mess up byakuyas ability only to sense rietsu i didnt think id need to be specific to say he can still massacre tousen with senbonzakura by sending it out in all directions
