ok i not denying the fact that dondochaka and Pesche rel f&*kin annoying. they spoil some rel good episodes. even nel was rel annoying until she prove that she actually is one badass sexy lady. but apart from that i cant really see an issue. the episodes before the mayuri fight with byakuya was real decent. and after that the kenpachi fight was rel good too. not as good as byakuya off course but it was good. and well the last episode was of the charts.

I mean i understand what u saying about waitin till the episodes pick up steam but at the same time i think u bashin it a lil too much because when they kick into gear, its really good. i mean u have to take into consideration the fact that they kinda slowing down tuh give the manga some breathing room. Personally i'd ah find a better way to do that than to put dondochaka and tha nex fag in the episode but hey, i aint the producer.

yea the man rreel strong and fast but "chop, chop, block, block" oh goshhh

to me soul society arc when everybody thought aizen was innocent was the bess.

the ideas and concepts of arrancar , vizards and vastro lordes etc are exceptional but they drag it too long.

i think i'll die before i actually see all the bankai.

Whilst I agree with laertes to a point, keep in mind that unlike limited series releases where there are a set 24-50 episodes, bleach for all intents and purposes is an ongoing series that like all other ongoing (think DBZ, Naruto, at one point Inu Yasha) they basically MILK it for what its' worth. That inherently leads to fillers as the anime and manga become too coherent. Now if there were expenditure for a SEPARATE storyline (like FMA) then that'd be different. If they don't stretch it as best they can (and I am not saying they can't do a better job, think DGM) at the same time if they were to maintain the timing they would ultimately have Bleach with 50 eps every 2 years... not exactly going to work for an ongoing series they are wishing to capatalize on. That being said, all it means imho is that those who as yourself don't wish to dilute their experience, should find their sustainance elsewhere until you can acquire the arcs in their entirety and not worry about the drag factor.

That also being said, if you're not a paying customer (you don't BUY all the dvds) then you're not really in a position to complain about it being too drawn out either imho that is... XD

and that's why the fillers ain't a problem for me.

its not like death note or code geass where they are short series so every episode has you at the edge of your seat. even anime is a business and that's what bleach is doing, milking the market. the boring episodes get a fast foward or i watch it with less interest.

on another note. afro samauri 2 was just release so that'd keep me occupied until bleach comes out later

bleach should end for a year or three, give that mangaka some time to just concentrate and do the thing properly, because to me, the fillers just draining away the life from the anime, and the manga moving at such a pace, you need about 30 just for actual plot progress. look at hunter x hunter. the man writes about 10, break ,then ten... and yeah, its moving slow, but it's a good ten. no point in quantity with negligible quality. bleach and naruto start me off in this anime thing, but it sad to see how far bleach fall, esp. knowing the potential it have in it. Ichigo's bankai is almost meaningless now...what happened to the speed phantom?

yeah too much emotion but nice seeing all the vizards holding either captain or vice captain positions back in the day.

and as for ichigo's bankai, i meant to say how he using it compared to other bankai users such as byakuya and hitsuguya. remember they have more experience with bankai than ichigo (esp byakuya). But ichigo's bankai have plenty potential as we saw when he was fighting his hollow self when the hollow ichigo was swinging it by the chain etc.

What if that wasnt really his bankai but just a serious reiatsu release? It would be fr!ggin awesum to see zangetsu confront him an buss d bad news....it would also be fr!ggin awesum if he had a hollow release plus a bankai just waiting to be unlocked....sick character development IMHO.

If anythign Ichigo's bankai is underdeveloped. I mean his character on a whole is pretty green. He leaks reatsu without consciously knowing, he wastes enomous amounts of energy with his flashy release (well sure all characters in bleach do) and even getsaiga tenshou isn't very concentrated even compared to a cero. So I would say when he refines his control of his reatsu he'll be a much more powerful fighter. Think of it this way. Water or air when not concentrated is pretty weak, a breeze blowing makes trees sway but a concentrated stream of air can cut, same with water, water in a tap is good to wash wares, water from high pressure pumps can cut rock. If he could stop leaking reatsu and start storing it, and even when using it he could concentrate and focus it on a much smaller area, I am sure the effects would be that much more devastating. And I want to believe that's how he'll develop as his Bankai is the concentration of his reatsu into a very small form to enable 'ultra high speed combat' or something like that Bakuya said in their fight...
