Is this the actual device? Im not seeing TSTT logo on it. This is quite small compared to what Baego have...interesting.

yeah the device is that small its usb and made for laptops
there is also a pcmcia version but havent gotten hands on it as yet.

THe usb version is small enuff to fit into yur shirt pocket like a pen its neat.

TSTT giving John Legend ( the new singer who is in trini for 2 weeks) free wireless USB EVDO broadband for his laptop. FREE!!! it is on tstt website. How can tstt give this man, not a citizen of trini, free wireless, when their own citizens and loyal customers are dying more than 5 months for this, let them keep it, i going laqtel.

coulda sworn a tstt pardner of mine say laqtel working for tstt on a downlow. good luck with laqtel , infact if anyone actually expecting to get the promised speed residentially i wish them well. 2.4Mbps my a$$

W1ntry yuh better make some friends on the inside, yes. I see a client go throught the entire process in a week from initial request to being online using internal links. Just yesterday I setup the connection at their house.

I was just talking with my gf's sister-in-law. She was saying how one of her friends got this service already installed. The modem costs $1,500. The shocking part was the monthly fee - $150. Supposedly, World of Warcraft runs really well, but they had dial-up before.

Well boy good thing I had a contact inside TSTT cause I can finally say I have DSL albeit a month later... but i've heard other horror stories so I guess all in all I was just avg in terms of TSTT's terrible customer service. Dota anyone? LOL

BTW teh ping times on EV-DO are horrific and not good for FPS and even so to MMORPGs... though they may be more forgiving. I have seen over 1sec ping time so it will be like dial up for latency ask baego, he done check all dat out.

yeah w1ntry is right, fps is terrible

but MMORPGs were quite playable on it.

We even ran HQ with the evdo for some time as a test and the mmorpgs ran ok, even with several gamers using it at once.
