Ok, the game was Hostage: Rescue Mission for PC/Rescue: The Embassy Mission for NES. The title changed a little for NES. You controlled a squad of anti-terrorist guys and had to move them into sniping position while avoiding spotlights. Then, you sniped terrorists in a zoomed-in view (a la Silent Scope). Finally, you infiltrated the building and took out any remaining terrorists while protecting hostages. It was decent back in de day. Next up is a much more recent PC game. In this game you could use your peasants as peasants or train them to become warriors. Then, later on you could cross-train them ... eg. a swordsman as an archer to create a warrior with both abilities.

Ok, back to a little older game. This was one of the first FPS games that I played. I really enjoyed the dual pistol action. Think of an old rock band and you go be close.

It look like Baego stickin. I go post one in de meantime. This was one of the first RPG's that I actually finished. The main character had the same name as a certain fighting game character. That was too bad for words.

Yes, it is Breath of Fire. I wonder how you guessed it? I actually played through the first 2 games on SNES way back when. So, now it is your turn to post a pic.

your hint gave it away but barely....when you said fighting game character who has the same name in an RPG...I can only think of one man .....Ryu.
I never played the first BOF....but I played 2, 3 and 4. Great games.....okay my turn....
this is a classic shooter and it was released in 1998. It won an award in PSM....take a guess.

Looks like Colony Wars: Vengeance. I had played the original one on my cousin's PlayStation. He had just that game and Frogger, I think. That game had some sweet graphics for PSX, though. Real nice explosions.

Ok. This one is a SNES puzzle game that shares some mechanics with Meteos. You could do some crazy combos and drop garbage on the next player's screen.

Yeh, that is it. Apparently, there was a version released in Japan called Panel de Pon. Tetris Attack had characters from Yoshi's Island, though, so it was a little different. I will give Flip a honorable mention for guessing the Japanese one. I used to beat up on my brother in this game. When you do a combo and a set a blocks drop braddaps on the next guy screen, that was de best. So, Rage is up next to post a pic.

yeah. neogeo, sega saturn & playstation. u can probably download the neogeo rom easily.
