  i think the geneva convention will ban this in wartime use on human targets , they banned SHOTGUNS and exploding ammo  already , it won't stop a tyrant from doing it but at least the US won't  be able to use it to cause ''collateral damage''  and kill 2000 civilians to get 1 terrorist .

ah yes, death by stoning - in some ways it's more cruel using the more primitive the weapons. it requires a hell of a lot more sustained effort and bloodlust to do so.

It could be worse - we could live in a place like texas - there for opening a bank account, you get a rifle.

still - the purpose of that particular gun is defense - while bullets are obviously offensive, ever see clips of an aircraft carrier fending off a missing launch?

No but I did see a video of a US millitary gun ship in Iraq taking down men from 10 miles off... prolly a 50cal + gun. That gun take out de men, de truck, de wall... pretty much everything that was moving and some that weren't
