I doubt that Baltar is one of the final five. It wouldn't make sense to keep it secret this long and there's been so much build up I think it's too predictable at this point to make him one of the five.

So that means the one Deanna saw is someone else, someone that she knows and had contact with. It can't be Bill or Lee Adama imo. I think prime candidates are Roslin or Kara, especially Kara after this whole freaky drawing thing.

well i doh think it could be roslin, she was actually dying with cancer, so it would be impossible for her to be a cylon. I agree that balter is to predicable.

However, with Lee's complete hatrad of the cylons, judging for from the don't-care attitude towards Attena (Sharon), it wil cause some serious turmoil to galatica if he was a cylon..........especially if tara is the "chosen one" to find earth, which i think she will.

Lee can't be a Cylon. The assumption so far is that Cylon models are uniquely made. Boomer/Athena had pasts programmed into them they could remember, but they ultimately aren't verifiable by anyone other than the few years they served on Galactica.

Lee on the other hand has his entire past verifiable, by his father. So unless Bill is a Cylon too, Lee can't be one. Unless the Cylons kidnapped the original Lee and duplicated him, and I don't see any reason that they'd do that as Bill Adama was a nobody back then.

My money is on Kara atm.

I was thinking Kara, but there is a rumor that Katee Sackoff is considering moving on from the series and pushign her career along further.

Though tbh that was the only part of that episode that made sense.

As much as I hate to say it, this season is going downhill since the rescue episode.

Actually i thought the season kinda slowed down not too long after the rescue. I do have a feeling they are going to pickup. However the whole BG old series was about finding earth...when they do find it the series is over. Alot of the eps are stand alone.....and i see next week they are back on Baltar again.

I do have faith in the writers though. I wouldnt say it is going "downhill" but more like hit a plateau. I mean there are few other TV shows that reach that level of intensity anyway. and BG have set the standard for many TV shows/drama shows.

I dont see Sackoff really branching to much more.....i think she will come back again etc. You cant have BG without a starbuck of sorts, and im pretty sure the writers know this.

im really confused and confabulated. i just watched the last episode.....

kara cant be dead, she was being prepared for something special, some prophecy or somesort,

it really doesnt make sense....maybe she is a cylon, so she had to die to reboot...(all the stuff with her mother etc implanted memories?) i am really confused!

BG  sans starbuck, is like killing off luke skywalker in empire strikes back, i mean she was on the heels of her destiny of somesort....all those drawings, visions, etc had to mean somethin???

The Season Finale was SO FREAKIN GOOD!

Lee's monologue was brilliant.

That one shot where Lee and the lawyer stood facing him as they left said so much. It showed that the defense was his greatest enemy and let us know that jurisprudence is blind. You can hate someone's guts and still valiantly speak for the principles that could set them free.

Oh man, so many revelations, and plot twists.

Now that they showed four of the final five Cylons, every ounce of the show will be tense. I think the President might actually be the fifth of the final, only because she heard the music as well. Why didn't she meet with the others though? Who is the final Cylon...

We all knew Starbuck wasn't dead. It's nice that it wasn't just some jumbie mythology they make up to have her die off.

Can't believe we have to wait till 2008 for more Battlestar. steups.

Dont think Rosylin is a Cylon. She had the dreams.....but she didnt hear the music. Could just mean she had the dreams because she is a prophet and has cylon blood in her.

As for the 5th...Kara

Ship blew up and she's back?,,,,,,,hmmmm..........

I must be the only person who thought they threw away what could have been a brilliant story arc with the final 5 cylons. While it was a great moment when Tigh decided that he was going to go out human and all that I was smacking my forehead at that moment.

As for Kara showing up...*smacks forehead*. She's been to Earth huh? Gimme a break. They have Star Wars hyperdrive on her Viper now?

It was going brilliantly, but that final ten minutes really killed it for me.

I have to agree with crixx on this one. we do not know for an absolute fact that they are cylons. If in the dream than rosyln had we saw  tigh, anders, tyrol and prez aide as 4 of the final 5 then i would be totally sure. b
But in the dream we only say 5 figures in white robes.

Could be some sort of connection they all have, in their ancestry or some such. I mean tigh having 40 years experience in the colonial fleet? hello? Adama knew him for a long time, and the 2nd gen cylons cant be more than 5 years is it?

It really doesn't make sense imo. (nb tigh, anders, and tyrol have all been either captured, or somehow affected by cylons in the past, we dont know anything about prez's aide and there is kara who was also kept captured. who knows what could have been done to them!)

And the maelstrom may very well have been a wormhole. all will be revealed in 2k8....

Possible plot  future plot point....... two half breeds could possibly make a what ?

>> in case nobody gets my point, the cylons have beeen trying the have a child born. Now that thier are possibly two cylon half breeds, it could be possible to( 1 in 4 chance) of a pure cylon to be born.
