Get yourself a copy of Cedega (
http://www.transgaming.com/
) It's actually a subscription based model to fuel continued development. $5US per month and plus WoW is officially supported by TransGaming(
http://transgaming.org/gamesdb/games/view.mhtml?game_id=3518
).
EDIT: It's more like a Liveupdate kinda subscription model. You can get it as a standalone product for $55 which will get you a year's worth of updates or you could get a recurring subscription of $5 which will get you get updates for as long you're subscribed. Either way Cedega which based on Wine (It's formerly known as WineX) will hook you up.

Also check this tutorial (
http://www.linux-gamers.net/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=2
) on how to setup Wine with all the other appropriate packages if you don't wanna pay. obviously this won't work as reliably or as easily as Cedega but it's worth a shot.
Also there're a few free Linux games out there, notably Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Quake III, America's Army, and a bunch of other old games release their source code as open source and other people promptly recompile for Linux(
http://www.liberatedgames.org
). Most recently Quake IV released the Linux engine for the client and the server. The client would need a copy of Quake IV for Windows in order to get the data files to play it. Check any of these sites for directions on setting that up as well any, admittedly scant, news on linux gaming.
http://www.linuxgames.com
http://www.linux-gamers.net
http://www.happypenguin.org
Also, if you have any questions on Linux in general don't be afraid to google it, look for articles or just ask. I'm putting myself through the fire of linux on the desktop just to learn about it and it's not so bad.
