Duty on pc games/software...

I was wondering for those that use skybox to bring down pc games/software for personal use what sort of duty/tax you pay on it?

I can't confirm this but I do not believe that they do... I have a collegue that brought in some software recently and they didn't charge him any tax per say... they were CD's so I not sure about that DVD thing.

we get hit for duty & vat on games with regularity.

you should budget for the worst case. 15% vat and 20% duty iymc.

If you get hit, you had already catered for it financially.

Thanks for the reply guys. yeah I factored in that worst case scenario and the stuff still come out cheaper than buying original games locally...
