Al right lets begin again, or rather lets continue but keeping in mind the nature of the thread and what it is pplz arguing over. To light it up a bit let me recap some of the points I can recall right off the top.
In defense or support of Lee: He is quite fast, in fact possibly the fastest without his weights. He also packs a hellofapunch when the gates are opened. He is a Taijutsu ONLY user and has lossed many a battle becuase of this, however his hard work and near impossible to match determination has allowed him to surpass all exams to date on just his pure fighting ability. The argument stands that Lee is possibly faster than Neji with just his wieghts off and even faster than that with the gates open. I am in support of this idea. If he manages to open the gates it very well might be lights out for the Hyuga genius!
In support of Hyuga Neji: He uses the most powerful hand to hand combat style in Konoha. He is also the most gifted Byakugan user ever to be born into the family though be it to the branch family. Neji has a tremendous amount of chakra and is able to release chakra from any part of his body in any amount he is able to produce. He has a blind spot but has shown this is not necesarily easy to advantage. He is also very fast with the 128 point of divinity. If anyone were to suffer the full effects of this devastating move they would surely be defeated.
So there it is, some points to take into account when putting up who u think would win. Round 2 FIGHT!
