I say is about time we raise the issue with Microsoft Trinidad. Hear what they have to say. If we can come up with some good enough reasons, lemme know, i have a few contacts...

By all means, if we can get onto someone who will listen in MS that may prove helpful. As for the region lock, yes it is a hassle, we do know how to get around it, but it's a difficult procedure (at least the one I perform) and it's NOT fast, your 25Mbps connection from flow will be rendered impotent at around 512kbps by the vpn connection. Still we use it to get downloadable content like map packs and expansions that once dl we can use without the workaround.

i still feelin a lil hard done by though. i get the dubious privilege of paying full price, regardless of my blocked region..

plus they're justifying the recent raise in price by saying it's cuz of the all content that's available ( that you still have to pay for, mind you ) but not available to me...

fine.. i gets no netflix integration, no last fm , no espn ( in truth and in fact, those services on their own have region blocking, but still.. it does bun muh eye:S  netflix, mostly)

i'd be even happy with a dollar back.. or some points or sumnn..
of course that's wishful thinking tho..lol MS eh go change.. RROD repair real lick into their profits, i guess, so every dollar counts..

i just bawlin sour grapes cuz i on silver till nex mth  lol

That racist Kinect story was debunked by Consumer Reports - http://blogs.consumerreports.org/electronics/2010/11/consumer-reports-tests-kinect-facial-recognition-problems-video.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_term=electronics

OK, so this one is totally out of left field, and a breath of fresh air for a flight junkie like myself...

Of course I played it on 'realistic'.  A real blast to play.  Flight physics are SPOT ON.

That looking real decent, always loved simulators....coop sounds very sweet lol.

"Apache: Air Assault lets you fly 16 missions either by yourself or with a co-pilot. In co-op, one player takes to role of the pilot while the other acts as the gunner. It should make for some pretty exciting co-op! Gaijin Entertainment is looking to make this a very realistic experience, but probably not nearly as real as 2009’s ultra realistic combat flight sim, DCS: Black Shark for the PC from Russian developer Eage Dynamics. If you were one of the many people scared away by that game, then this one should be more up your ally. I bought Black Shark, as I am a big fan of combat sims, especially helicopters and I was still overwhelmed by it! Anyways, look forward to our mission debriefing on this game in the coming weeks. "

I tried both versions.  The PS3 version's controls are more precise due to the much better
analog stick input, but the Xbox 360's graphics look SO MUCH BETTER!!!

I don't know how they do it.  The PS3 version seems to run a little bit faster fps-wise,
but at the expense of the graphical quality.  The visuals are noticeably jaggier.
I guess they turned down the AA on the PS3 version intentionally, but since it seems
to run a bit smoother, and has better control, I may opt for this version.

Either way...ah buyin DAT!!!  :laughing7:

Yeah for real, same thing I find for PS3, I ended up canceling my Move order since I wasn't too impressed with the current lineup. Will look at it again in a few months.

The PS3 is being used for super-computing. How that relates to the Move, I've no idea.
Ya'll endless jabs against PlayStation is very annoying and immature, just sayin'.

And as usual, being fair and not knocking the competition > The Kinect capabilities being shown these days are superior to what the Move can do and I'm impressed.
Though the move is an improvement on the Wii, it isn't a step back or a failure.

The Move and Kinect are two very different input devices with pros and cons to both. I do believe that we will see many interesting titles coming out in the next year that take advantage of both devices. Though I believe Kinect will be more focused on the casual crowd. The Move seems to offer more precise control in first person shooters and may offer a more accurate control setup.
