Ok I decided to write a little article here pertaining to going on XBOX LIVE with a modchip.

OK bottom line. I personally dont advise anyone to try to go online with a modded XBOX. I mean dont go online witha modchip in your XBOX, even if you have it disabled

However appart from this article. You can find several people saying with a modchip they are being banned from LIVE. All kinda stories you're seeing here. Some sound like BS others sounding legit. Bottom line, stay stock and you cool.

Yeah,MS doesn't mess around with that.They scan the console all the time and at the first sign they not only ban you,but blacklist the credit card you used.

well all is kinda true but for like a alost 6 months i was on live with a modded xbox but i got banned due to that i used an account that was used by a previous banned xbox so i got scanned again an they got my upgraded hd but u can be on xbox live with yuh modded xbox jus keep yuh chip off use an original cd game an use yuh stocked harddrive anything upgraded yuh gone clear from live but it is no scene it have a way to get back onxbox live jus flash yuh eeprom but get it from an xbox that never got banned or went on live .my tag name on xboxlive is trekboy2001 or hydrofullmonty halo2 is the real rip an no lag i am impressed due to tstt shit dsl service LATE!!!!
