That's EXTREMELY worrying imo...anytime a machine doing more sending than receiving, and it not a webserver...I worry...

But holy frikkin crap...das real plenty outbound packets...better check for any damage to the NIC...cause it hadda be meltin! :D

Dread crixx that is worrying... just out of curiousity, what is that machine doing to have sent such an ubsurd amount of packets? is it a domain controller of somekind (I doubt) a webserver what?

this is one of our pleb users normal LAPTOP

excell spread sheets and the likes.
nothing no where as network intensive as one of our machiens would be.

today was a more acceptable 22 trillion packets
LOL

took it off the network for safety

her work hasnt been impeeded, if it was a chattering nic, she wouldnt be able to work on the network, and it would affect everyone else on the switch shes on, but no one else is affected.

so i took it away from her (yes  a woman)
to check what services running and to see what hidden malware might exist.

much help from www.what-process.com
think it was mentioned on tech tv, buh i stumbled across it on google of course.

and yeah
twould be cool to have a screenie of the day/week/month/year thread.

not just crap
but maybe cool specs
or weird issues
like i have this other weird screenie ill post if i find it
