A REPORT on Planet AMD 64 appears to confirm our earlier reports that Windows X64 will be released to the market in March next year.According to the site, a "critical compiler" problem means that the Itanium build will not be supported in the release candidate, which is scheduled to be available to the channel in February of next year.Microsoft released a second RC build for 2003 SP1 including Pro x64 on the third of this month.
how is it shaping up so far unforgiven??? give some feedback on performance or advantages... to us pplz who are less fortunate and can't afford an A64 (3500 or better) yet.
