ONLY 400mb? man daz nuttin , i download 500-600 meg files all the time [ dial up too! ] , when i format my HD i have to dload over a gig of STEAM data . go to a net cafe that gets lots of bandwidth, pay for 3-4 hours... let someone else play cards while its dloading.... then burn it on a cd.
