May I make a suggestion? Perhaps you could try to spell out for us the
settings you are using.
There may be some subtle setting that needs to be changed.
I mention this becoz I too, had a problem connecting and it was due to
my mis-understanding
of a setting.
Things that would be useful to share:-
Are you hearing the modem dial out?
Does the modem connect to TSTT?
Can you see the messages in the debug box? What are they?
TSTT uses PAP to authenticate. Do you have wdial/kppp set to use PAP?
A little info sometimes goes a long way. Share, share, share.
