flow problems

my ping has doubled this past week not sure what it is i downloaded hotspot sheild recently but i doubt it was that tho. i uninstalled but no success still get 300 ping in ever merican server in all games and i have the 25mbs plan too wth.

have you tried plugging into the modem directly (no router) and run the ping test?

also do the speedtest (to trinidad and to florida)

post the results here
