Not bad at all, has a noir procedural feel to it. Gritty, dark everything a pre Batman tv series would need.

So we have this, The Flash and Constantine coming up. Heard talk of Young Justice possibly. Good time to be a comic book fan. Especially DC since they on the upswing.

Also have Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders coming to netflix next year.

I really don't care to see all those characters before they were who they became. I'll give it a chance, but not on the merit of it's comic book origins (as I did arrow and smallville).

Once it's Gordon centric and they don't rush the villains it dev it will be ok.

This ticked all the right boxes. Focus was on Gordon and Bullock and what they do, was worried the cameos from DC characters would be too much but that was not the case. Dark and gritty yet stylized with comicbook flavor.

Also, this version of Alfred.....damn lol.

Well yes.... FOX is onna roll this year.. They had me psyched up over the short season of 24 and now they wowed me with this piece of awesomeness.. Gotham's pilot was kick@ss. Watched it 4 times already Can't wait for episode 2

^^ Ent! This show keeps getting better and better. Yea Bruce, Alfred and soon to be Bat villains appear in it but it's done in a way where the focus is still on Gordon.
