GeForce GTX 580 (3Gig Variant)
Intel Core i5-2500K Processor
 ASUS SABERTOOTH P67
 Crucial 64 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive
 Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM

And with Black Friday coming up I'm considering a minor upgrade
Any suggestions?

Then again that p67 certified for two gpus so they can fit easily.

Vengeance, when I put the 580, it barely had space for anything.
Plus I would quicker put another 580, than buy two NEW GPU's
I basically only play DOTA on the damn thing, no need for that.

I have been eyeing this for a lil while now, since I running onboard sound on a mini ITX board. Is this worth it to spring for this? I really want to also shell out for a nice pair of Headphones..like, a nice pair. Really looking for some no-bs opinions on it.

Only issue i'm having is that I just shelled out about 80 US for a logitech pair that works well. But does this buzzing thing then completely shuts down. and no fix for it yet

Well sell dat tired-a$$ gtx 580 and put in a single gtx 760.

Once u gaming at 1080p or 1900 x 1200 res you wouldn't need a pair.

Mez,  I think that 580 you have is triple-slot eh.  'Normal' size GPUs are dual-slot...so 2 GPUs could more than fit.

2 GTX 760s will make the biggest difference.

Then again, you did say 'minor'. 
Just migrate to a larger SSD and call it a day.

The G430? I have been reading some audiophile stuff and have been considering moving away from USB audio. Lots of these dedicated audio channel headphones are quite pricy though. I'm Currently using the PS3 wireless headset and finding them adequate, still willing to make a change though.

I stop using USB - based audio/headsets for a while now.  Too many small, niggling issues.
I prefer devices that use optical out for main sound.  USB is great for voice though.

Sharkoon's are boss but a roomy 256GB SSD gets my vote

And I agree on the usb...I use optical out on my sharkoon's as well.

I agreed with Vengence, Mez. Bigger SSD and a GTX 760/770 or even wait for the AMD Radeon "8000" series to launch (supposed to be early october). I can't remember exactly when Black Friday is. I don't know why Arc is so taken by the SLI and Xfire set ups =p

For someone who plays DOTA 2 and occasionally a different game, even BF4, your 580 is still pretty good imo.
